Quillaris is a single platform built for literary agencies: clients, submissions, deals, contracts, subsidiary rights, royalties, payments, commission, tax forms, and reports in one system.

Plans start at $65/month for an individual agent and run to $1,199/month for Enterprise. Starter is $130/month, Agency $245/month, Standard $499/month, and Professional $699/month, with annual billing that saves up to 17%. A one-time setup fee applies to every plan: $100 on Individual and Starter, $400 on Agency, $500 on Standard, $700 on Professional, and $1,000 on Enterprise. Setup fees are a starting point and may increase with implementation scope, such as the volume of historical data being migrated. Additional seats are $50/seat per month on every plan except Individual, and AI features can be added for $15/seat on Starter, Agency, and Standard. All prices are subject to applicable tax.

Yes. Log royalty statements, record deposits, and process client and co-agent payments with commission computed automatically. Payment batches, statements of earnings, and royalty letters are built in.

Yes. Quillaris prepares 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, and 1042-S forms from the payments you've already recorded: run trials to verify the numbers, generate official recipient PDFs, and export a spreadsheet for e-filing.

Yes. On Standard plans and up, payments and commission sync to QuickBooks Online, mapped to your chart of accounts.

Yes. The client portal gives each author a secure view of their titles, deals, earnings, and shared documents. Authors can also download their tax documents and update their own sensitive details, like payment information, without emailing them back and forth.

Yes. We import from spreadsheets, Airtable, and other well-known rights management systems. Clients and titles can be brought in yourself with a guided import that handles column mapping and duplicate checking. Larger migrations covering contracts, royalties, and payment history are scoped with you case by case: we review your data together and plan the move.

Yes. The complete user manual is built into the application and context-sensitive, so opening help from any screen takes you straight to the documentation for that screen. Most questions are answered without leaving your work. A training session is also included with every plan and can be scheduled right after signup.

Access is role-based and enforced on the server, an AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF) screens all traffic at the edge, data is encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256-GCM for tax IDs and bank details), sign-in supports Google SSO, every change lands in a field-level audit trail, and GDPR export and erasure tools are built in. No, never. Quillaris runs its AI features on Amazon Bedrock, which doesn't store your prompts or use them to train any foundation model, or share them with model providers. Requests are processed in-region, encrypted, and pass through Bedrock Guardrails including PII redaction. Details on Security & Trust.
